Pickler born Kellie Dawn Pickler in June of 1986, experienced an unhappy childhood. When Pickler was just 2 her mother fled in order to escape an abusive relationship. Pickler returned to the mother she had left in 1995 after she assumed custody. However, things didn't work out as expected. So when she was 12 the court returned Pickler to her grandparents who took care of her until she reached adulthood. Pickler was unable to parent her children in their absence.
