Lisa Olivia Munn is a born and raised in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid was born in Vietnam and is of Chinese origins, however her father Winston Barrett Munn comes from the Southern part of the family. Olivia was only two when her parents divorced. She was raised by her stepfather and mother, both of whom who was a United States Air Force member. The family left Oklahoma, and lived in various locations, however she lived the majority of her childhood in Tokyo. It was where she appeared in theater productions throughout this time and became a fashion actress for Japanese business. Olivia, who had relocated with her family to Los Angeles in order to fulfill her desire to become an actor and continued working towards that goal even after her family returned to America. After a few minor roles, Olivia found success when she got the role as Mily Acua on the Hawaii television program Beyond the Break 2006 and as the receptionist of Rob Schneider. She is the host of "The Daily Nut" and"Formula D" on G4 "Formula D" podcasts on G4. The passion she has for surfing has been evident after the TV series Beyond the Break. She also has a black belt for taekwondo. At the age of two, her mom got married once more however this time to the same US Air Force member. Though the family relocating many times, she was primarily educated in Tokyo, Japan, where her stepfather's military was stationed. It was the University of Oklahoma is where she studied journalism with minors in Japanese, drama and dramatic arts.
